Terms and Conditions – Blackline Shuttle
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. Bookings for airport transfers must be made in writing (via email, form or phone) at least 48 hours before the desired pickup time. Short-term bookings require prior phone confirmation.
1.2. A transport contract is only concluded upon written confirmation by Blackline Shuttle. For short-term bookings, a phone confirmation is sufficient.
1.3. Travel agents act solely as intermediaries and are not liable for services or shortcomings by Blackline Shuttle.
1.4. All transfers are shared rides unless otherwise agreed. Route planning is at the discretion of Blackline Shuttle.
1.5. Payment must be made according to the selected method, but no later than at the start of the first ride. In case of non-payment, transport may be denied.
2. Pickup – Outbound to Airport
2.1. The scheduled pickup time may vary by up to 15 minutes.
2.2. For deviations exceeding 15 minutes, the customer will be notified at least 24 hours in advance (except in the case of last-minute flight schedule changes).
2.3. If no vehicle arrives at the scheduled time, please call +49 170 8319893 immediately.
2.4. If the customer uses alternative transport without prior consultation, these costs are not covered by Blackline Shuttle.
2.5. Changes in flight number, airport or time must be communicated immediately.
3. Return Trip – Pickup from Airport
3.1. The scheduled pickup time is the expected landing time plus 30 minutes.
3.2. Due to shared transfers, additional waiting times may apply (approx. 30 minutes for local airports, up to 120 minutes for distant airports).
3.3. If no driver is found or the meeting point is missed, contact +49 170 8319893 immediately. Uncoordinated alternative transport will not be reimbursed.
3.4. The designated meeting point is the airport’s information desk and must be visited immediately after exiting the security area.
3.5. If arrival occurs at a different airport than booked, the customer must independently travel to the originally agreed location.
3.6. Flight delays, rebookings or changes in flight number or time must be reported at least four hours before the originally planned arrival.
3.7. Failure to comply with 3.5 or 3.6 may result in additional charges for empty trips or extended waiting times.
4. Services Provided by Blackline Shuttle
4.1. Written booking confirmation is binding.
4.2. The price includes: transport as booked, one suitcase (max. 20 kg) and one piece of hand luggage per person. Additional services or changes may incur extra charges.
4.3. In cases of delays or cancellations caused by Blackline Shuttle, proven additional costs will be reimbursed – except when the customer fails to comply with clause 2.3.
4.4. Delays due to force majeure (e.g. weather, traffic, accidents) are excluded from liability.
4.5. Passengers are insured in accordance with applicable passenger transport regulations.
5. Cancellations by the Customer
5.1. Cancellations up to 24 hours before departure will be charged at 10% of the fare.
5.2. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure will be charged at 50% of the fare.
5.3. No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged 100% of the fare.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. Additional travel insurance must be arranged by the passenger.
6.2. By booking a transfer, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, which become part of the contract.
6.3. Blackline Shuttle reserves the right to modify these terms. The latest version is available on request or at www.blackline-shuttle.com.
6.4. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
